priorities and tastes. CAV customers' personal
preferences combined with our extensive product and

Example personal
preferences include:
Sound
quality (frequency response, phase
integrity, sound stage, etc)
Volume (Rock
or Jazz? / Dramas or Action Flicks?)
Picture
quality (720p? / 1080p with video
scaling & ISF calibration?)
Picture
Size/Immersion
(Projector & screen? / flat
panel?)
Ease of
use (The most overlooked customer
desire)
Aesthetics (Under
emphasized & critical to most
customers)
Finding the proper balance of these
elements to bring the greatest joy is why CAV keeps
customers for life.
Our
resident expert: Aaron Reilly
With over 15 years of experience in the audio,
video, home theater, and security industries, you can be
confident that the knowledge to achieve your goals is right
here. Aaron's experience ranges from product sales,
installation, and management to product development,
distribution, and manufacturing.
Aaron is Imaging Science Foundation (ISF) certified in
video calibration. As Co-founder and Chief Technical Officer
at Screen Innovations (a projection screen
manufacturer also known as SI Screens) Aaron managed all
product development. This included fixed, retractable, and
portable projection screens, and all required accessories. This
responsibility resulted in many hours in the optical lab
testing a huge variety of projector and screen combinations.
There is not a more qualified expert than Aaron in the field of
home theater and commercial projection system design and
installation.
Aaron has routinely given technical presentations for trade
shows and organizations across the U.S. and abroad. Ex.
Aaron was a featured speaker at the Infocomm 2006 Projector
Summit. This is an industry insider conference commanding $1000
per seat for the two day event discussing the present and
future of projection systems.
Having technical knowledge is great, but is
irrelevant if you can't properly assess the end user's
wants and needs. That's Aaron's favorite aspect of this
business. His start in this industry came from residential and
commercial system design, sales, and project management. This
is where his true passion lies and is his reason for
departing SI Screens to go back to this side of the
business. According to his clients, this personal
nature makes him great at delivering the best experience
possible for their preferences while staying within
their budget.
